How long is the delivery time?
Delivery in Europe takes 3 to 14 days depending on the country.
After payment is received, we process orders within 24-72 hours (we do not ship on weekends or national holidays)

Where can I find my tracking number?
You will receive the tracking number directly from the carrier by e-mail. Then you can track your package.
When will my order be shipped?
We send parcels every day. The order will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the transfer.
My tracking number has not been updated in the last 2 days, what should I do?
Sometimes there is a delay, it is normal. It may happen that you receive your package 2 days later. We are not couriers, so we are not responsible for any delays. If you have any questions regarding a shipping delay, please contact the carrier’s headquarters.

What payment title should I use?
In the title of the transfer, please enter – ORDER NUMBER. Otherwise, the package will not be shipped and the money will not be refunded.
